3. Copyright of Texts and Generated Audio
-
Before submitting any text to Travoice, the User must ensure that they are authorized to do so. The User must either be the author of the original text or have explicit written permission from the copyright holder. Travoice, the publisher, and the hosting provider are not responsible if this requirement is not respected.
-
The User retains ownership of the texts they submit to the service. Travoice does not claim ownership over user-submitted content, translations, or generated audio files.
-
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use, publish, or distribute any content they submit or generate using the service.

-
The User agrees to use the service in full compliance with applicable international laws and the laws of their country, as well as with all provisions of these Terms of Use.

The Travoice service is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind.
-
The publisher and the hosting provider do not guarantee that the service will fully meet the User’s expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality of translations, accuracy of generated audio, preservation of formatting, processing speed, or other aspects.
-
The responsibility of the hosting provider is limited solely to providing access between the Travoice platform and the User. The hosting provider shall not be held liable in cases of network failure, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control. No guarantee is made that the service will be continuously available to satisfy all User requests.
-
The User is solely responsible for assessing the quality, validity, and legality of the translations and audio files obtained through the service. These may only be used for personal purposes and in accordance with Article 3 of these Terms. The publisher and hosting provider cannot be held liable for any misuse of the processed content or for any resulting consequences, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or any material or immaterial damages.

A concise online help section is provided to Users regarding the features of the service. The publisher and hosting provider are under no obligation to provide additional technical support by mail, email, or phone.
-
If the hosting provider, in agreement with the publisher, allows the User to provide feedback or suggestions, the act of submitting such feedback implies the transfer of all copyright to the publisher. By doing so, the User waives the right to claim compensation for any commercial use of their comments or suggestions. The publisher and hosting provider are not required to adopt, implement, or respond to any feedback or requests from the User.
