What is Travoice and how does it work?
Travoice can be used as a translation tool or as a learning assistant that helps you create audio files from translated text. The basic workflow is simple: you start by writing your text, translate it, and then choose to generate PDF files or audio files to support learning or review. Travoice is designed for everyone, including language learners, students, and content creators who want to generate structured audio content from text.
Do I need to create an account to use Travoice?
You can try Travoice without creating an account through a limited free trial. Once the free trial ends, you will need to create an account and sign in to continue using the service. Creating an account allows you to keep your usage, manage your settings, and upgrade your plan when needed.
Is Travoice suitable for daily language learning?
Yes, Travoice is designed to support daily language practice and consistent learning habits. You can create your own sentences, translate them, and generate audio files to listen to repeatedly throughout the day. This makes it easy to practice, memorize, and review language content anytime, whether you are studying at home or listening on the go.

What do I get with the premium plan?
With the premium plan, you get higher limits for both text translation and audio generation. Premium also allows you to create PDF files for original texts and their translations, making it easier to study and review later. The premium plan is designed for language learners who want to generate audio files and listen to them as MP3 files anytime, anywhere, to improve memorization and practice.
What limits are increased with the premium plan?
The free plan includes a limited number of characters to let users try the service. Once the free trial ends, users are asked to upgrade and choose a suitable plan. Each paid plan includes a specific number of characters for translation, audio generation, and PDF creation, calculated separately. Travoice offers both monthly and yearly plans, allowing users to choose the option that best fits their needs and usage.
Is premium required to use Travoice?
Travoice can be used without signing in as a guest. Once the free trial ends, users need to create an account. To unlock more usage, upgrading is required.
Is premium suitable for language learning and daily practice?
Yes, the premium plan is designed specifically for language learning and daily practice. Users can write multiple sentences in their native language, translate them using Travoice, and customize how each sentence is spoken by choosing the speed, number of repetitions, and silence duration between words or sentences. This makes it easy to create personalized audio files for sentences or individual words, depending on the learning style. Premium also allows users to review their content visually using PDF files linked to each audio segment, which helps with memorization and structured learning. For example, users can create their own sentence collections around a specific topic to make learning and retention easier.
Do premium users get better voices or audio quality?
All users have access to the same high-quality voices powered by the latest Google Text-to-Speech AI technology. Premium does not unlock additional voices, as all voices are available to everyone from the start. The free plan includes a small number of characters, which allows users to try different voices. To use these voices extensively for learning and practice, upgrading to a premium plan is required. Additionally, each voice includes a pre-recorded sample, so users can listen to it before selecting and using it.
Does premium remove ads or usage restrictions?
During the free trial, ads may appear while using the service. With the premium plan, all ads are completely removed to ensure a comfortable and distraction-free learning experience. Usage limits are not removed entirely, but they are significantly increased based on the selected plan, allowing extended use for translation, audio generation, and PDF creation.
How does file storage work with a premium subscription?
With a premium subscription, your generated audio files and related PDFs are stored securely in your account under the “My Files” section. Each premium plan includes a dedicated storage space, allowing you to access, download, and manage your files at any time while your subscription is active. Stored files remain available as long as the subscription is active. If the subscription expires, files stay visible but cannot be played or downloaded until the subscription is renewed.

Account FAQ

How do I create an account on Travoice?
You can create an account on Travoice using your email address or by signing in with Google. You can also start using the service as a guest without creating an account. This allows you to try Travoice before signing up. If you choose to register using your email, a verification code will be sent to your email address to confirm and activate your account.
What happens to my usage if I create an account after using Travoice as a guest?
If you create an account after using Travoice as a guest, any remaining usage from your trial is automatically transferred to your new account. This transition happens seamlessly, so you can continue using the service without losing your remaining characters. Creating an account does not reset or add new trial usage. However, registered users may occasionally receive special discounts or offers on subscription plans.
Do I need to verify my email address after signing up?
When you create an account using your email address, a 6-digit verification code is sent to your email. Entering this code is required to confirm your email address and add an extra layer of security to your account. Email verification does not limit your usage, and you can request the verification code again if needed. If you sign up using Google, no additional email verification is required.
How can I reset my password if I forget it?
If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in page. Enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you. This link is valid for one hour only for security reasons. If you are already signed in, you can also change your password directly from the account settings under the password section.
Can I change my email address or username?
Yes, you can update your email address and username from Account Settings → Profile. When changing your email address, a new verification code will be sent to the new email to confirm the update for security purposes. Changes take effect after successful verification, ensuring your account remains protected.
Can I delete my account permanently?
Yes, you can delete your account from Account Settings at any time. When you request account deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent removal after a short grace period. During this time, you can still sign in to your account but usage will be disabled. You will see a clear message indicating that your account is pending deletion, with the option to cancel the deletion if you change your mind. After the grace period ends, your account and all associated data, including stored files, will be permanently deleted.

Managing Subscription

What subscription plans are available on Travoice?
Travoice offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans to fit different learning needs. Monthly plans include Starter, Pro, and Business, while yearly plans are available for Pro and Business. All plans provide the same core features and remove ads completely. The difference between plans is based on usage limits, including translation characters, audio generation characters, and available storage space.
How does billing and subscription renewal work?
Subscription information, including billing period and expiration date, is shown in your account. You stay in full control of your subscription, and no charges are made unless you choose to renew your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods are supported?
Travoice currently supports payments using international bank cards, including major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely, and no card details are stored on Travoice servers. Additional payment methods may be added in the future as the platform grows.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade or switch to a different plan, the new plan is added alongside your current plan, and both remain active until their respective durations end. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid period or until the account is deleted. Refunds are not provided once a subscription has been used. However, refund requests may be reviewed in case of technical issues and before significant usage.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, your account remains accessible, but paid features are disabled. Your stored files stay visible in the “My Files” section, but they cannot be played or downloaded while there is no active subscription. Any remaining usage or limits from previous subscriptions are preserved and can be used again once you renew or activate a new subscription. When you subscribe again, full access to all features and stored files is restored immediately.
Where can I view or upgrade my subscription plan?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time by clicking the Upgrade button inside the app. After subscribing, detailed information about your plan is available in Account Settings → Billing, including translation limits, audio limits, subscription start date, and expiration date. This allows you to manage your subscription and review your usage details easily from one place.
How is translation usage calculated?
Translation usage is calculated based on each translated line separately. When you enter multiple lines and run the translation, the total usage is calculated from all translated lines, including spaces, at the time the translation is performed. If you later edit a specific line and translate again, only the modified line is counted. Previously translated and unchanged lines are not counted again. This allows you to refine or correct individual lines without reusing your translation limits for the entire text.
How is audio generation usage calculated?
Audio usage is calculated only when you generate or create an audio file. The usage is based on the total characters of the original text and its translation. Repetition settings, playback speed, and silence durations do not increase usage and are not counted. Each time audio is generated, usage is counted again, even if the text was generated previously. Playing or listening to audio files does not affect your usage.
Does playing or downloading files affect my usage?
Playing audio files does not affect your usage. Downloading audio files or PDF files also does not count toward your usage limits. You can play or download your generated files multiple times without any additional usage being deducted. Usage is only counted at the time of generating translations or audio files, not during playback or downloads.
How are PDF files counted?
PDF files do not have separate usage costs. Creating or downloading PDF files does not consume any additional usage. PDF files are generated from existing translations or audio content that has already been counted. This means you can create and download PDF files freely without affecting your usage limits.
How is usage handled if I have multiple active plans?
If you have multiple active plans, their usage limits are combined. When usage is deducted, it is taken from the oldest active plan first. If one of your plans expires, any unused limits from that plan expire with it, while the remaining active plans continue normally. The same usage rules apply to both monthly and yearly plans.
